Reorder PDF pages online
Reorder pages in one PDF or across multiple PDFs using ChameleonPDF. Select single pages, groups of pages, whole PDFs, or everything in the workspace, then drag or use cut, copy, and paste to put the document in the right order.
Files stay local in your browser for normal ChameleonPDF workflows.
How it works
- Open ChameleonPDF and add one PDF or several PDFs.
- Select one page, multiple pages, a whole PDF with the column checkbox, or all pages across all PDFs with Ctrl+A or Cmd+A.
- Drag selected thumbnails to reorder pages, or use cut, copy, and paste.
- Download the finished reordered PDF from your browser.
Selection and reordering options
Both single and multiple pages can be selected and dragged. Page thumbnails can also be dragged inside the editor. Whole PDF columns can be dragged from the PDF title at the head of the column.
FAQ
Can I reorder PDF pages without uploading them?
Yes. ChameleonPDF's normal page reordering workflow runs in your browser, so your PDF contents are not uploaded to ChameleonPDF servers for standard organizing workflows.
Can I move more than one page at once?
Yes. You can select multiple pages and drag them together, or use cut, copy, and paste to move selected pages.
How do I select every page in one PDF?
Click the checkbox in the top left corner of that PDF's column to select every page in the document.
How do I select all pages in all open PDFs?
Use Ctrl+A on Windows or Cmd+A on Mac to select all pages across all PDFs in the workspace.
Can I reorder whole PDFs, not just pages?
Yes. Whole PDF columns can be reordered by dragging from the PDF title at the head of the column.
Can I reorder pages inside the editor?
Yes. Page thumbnails can also be dragged inside the editor when you are working there.
